The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks qualified Vendors to submit a proposal for providing Electronic Benefits and Funds Transfer (EBT/EFT) Services for multiple departments, agencies, divisions and/or programs in the State of Alabama (hereafter referred to as “the State”). The Department is seeking a single prime Contractor to continue to provide the aforementioned services. The Contractor’s EBT/EFT system(s) must also have the capability to support the addition of other departments, agencies, divisions and/or programs during the life of the contract as the Department and/or State deems necessary. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 5: Technical Proposal. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
