To complete a criminal history background check, all Non-DHR Fee Paid applicants must do ONE of the following:
Register on-line
You may register online by accessing the website of the DHR vendor, Security Biometrics Clearing Network (SBCN), so they may channel criminal history information from the Alabama Bureau of Investigation (ABI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Register by mail with a hard copy application
